recently i have been doing the Communication and employability in IT.
communication is where you are talking or emailing or talking or even passing a message over and how this helps me beeing employed by a compnay using Infomation Technology.
this includes things like interpersonal skills that is talking or communicating between two or more people like group discussions and giving written and verbal feedback to people who you dont usually talk to communicate with.
the definition of interpersoanl skills is: Interpersonal skills are the skills that a person uses to interact with other people. Interpersonal skills are sometimes also referred to as people skills or communication skills.

this is an example of interpanl comunication and skills.

gantt charts

Gantt charts are a form of bar chart that shows the projects timescale, a gantt chart shows the start and end date of the project and it also shows people who need to see what the time scale is they can see easily if you are on schedual and what the start and end date is of the project.
an example of a gantt chart is 

a definition of gantt chart is: A type of planning and control chart, designed to show graphically the relationship between planned performance and actual performance over time. It is used for loading.

SAD

i am going to talk to you about SAD.
In SAD i have been doing the documant analysis that means you are given some papers like the invoices and you look at them and label what is wrong and what is missing also you look at how you could improve it.

here i have used sone textboxes that allowes me to annotate what i think is wrong and if it could be inproved.

what is a blog

a blog is a Web site on which an individual or group of users record opinions, information on abregular basis it can be to do with a set topic like this one or it can just be to use a discussoin for a game or everyday life.

25/01/12 employability and Soaftware Analalysis and computer systems

this week and last week i have been doing the assignment for the employability for it this is includinding this blog.
this blog is to tell people what i have been doing in college and let the world see how good the college is.
well since my last blog i have been looking at the computer motherboards in the computer systems lesson. a mother board is a piece if silicon that is inside the computer the mother board is the brain of the computer it holds all the CPU, RAM and all of the hardware.

in computer systems we have a computer that is our own and we have to take bits off and put it back together and make sure it works as it did before we touched it.
in software analysis and design i have been doing computer systems i have had a funny day as we took the computer to bits and not be able to put the peices back as i took a picture and relised it didnt help at all as i could relise where everything was meant to go.
computer analysis and design (SAD) is a unit that incorperates the analysis of a current system and it allows you to create an improved sytem that will help a business.

i am doing a unit 1 in

Employability in IT with my class mates and also my tutor Gill Woolis.

In this unit I am doing about attributes and also the ability to follow the rules and guidelines in a work environment.

this unit will be going on till roughly Easter time.

i am doing two other units also these are computer systems and systems analysis and design that is abbreviated as SAD they are both being taught by the same tutor and the tutor is Craig Duffeild.

the the computer systems i am learning about the mother boards and also learning how to take a computer apart and put it back together again.

in the SAD unit i am doing about the software development life cycle models an example of these are the water fall life cycle.
